A lifelong athlete. From competing on Junior golf tours, to stopping pucks, he has always had an interest in sports.
More specifically, the athletes participating and what makes them so unique.

The goal is to grow the podcast into a library for athletes to access and gain insight into the minds of past guests.

Learning from a wide-array of athletes who possess unique and essential skill-sets that put them a step above the competition!

Having engaged with over 200 professional athletes, learning from their mentorship, and embracing their coaching, he's honed his enthusiasm for the intricacies of the mind and body. His passion lies in unraveling how high achievers consistently refine their prowess, perpetually striving for enhancement.

Meet Phoenix Wayland, a marketing specialist with a Business degree who brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and creative innovation to our team. Beyond the business world, Phoenix's background includes being a former dual-sport athlete in university, excelling in both soccer and golf.

Drawing from her experiences in sports, Phoenix infuses her marketing strategies with teamwork, determination, and a passion for excellence. As our podcast producer and social media manager, she brings the same dedication to crafting engaging content and building a vibrant online presence.
